Employee Benefits Packages

Comprehensive benefit packages are attractive to job seekers, particularly if benefits extend to their families. Offering a competitive benefit package can give you the edge you need to hire and maintain a quality, dedicated staff. JLA's Benefits Division provides a comprehensive benefits package to businesses of all sizes. We find that smaller employers tend to offer fewer components in the employee benefits package—and sometimes, no benefits at all. However, the majority of large companies and virtually all public sector government employers provide an extensive employee benefits package.
