One of our Personal Lines Team Members, Shalonne, received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a client that she took great care of!
Mr. Muir was having issues with his prior insurance company and agency. Trying to locate auto and homeowners coverage in Florida for a reasonable premium within a small window of time can be a headache to the average consumer. Though thanks to our knowledge, experience, and wide array of insurance carriers, this was not much of a challenge for our team.
Within a couple of days, Shalonne was able to help Mr. Muir with these issues. She even went a step further and helped him initiate a return of premium from his prior auto insurance company.
Now, that's going above and beyond and doing something all of us can be proud of. This is just one example of how our team at JLA Insurance Group helps the community with their insurance.
